We share experiences, offer support, and exchange coping strategies to foster hope and understanding through psychological and spiritual insights. Learn from others about local resources, community organizations, and personal coping strategies. Led by NAMI-trained volunteers with extensive personal experience coping with mental illnesses. An interfaith devotional and discussion group that seeks to identify, define and put into action specific virtues or spiritual attributes that can uplift us and help us to rise above the limitations and sufferings of mental illness and the daily challenges that we and our families experience.
